The problem of primary tumor multiplicity is relevant in modern clinical oncology due to the growing number of patients with multiple malignancies. Multiple primary malignancies is a clinical situation that requires an individualized approach to treatment. The results of therapy depend on the prevalence of the process, the stage of occurrence of tumors, and the patient's reserve capabilities. The article presents a clinical case of a patient with multiple primary malignancies, including colon adenocarcinoma, large B-cell lymphoma and non-small cell lung cancer, with the achievement of a complete metabolic response against the background of combined immune-chemotherapy.
