This article presents an algorithm for managing data flows in information and computing networks, aimed at increasing fault tolerance and optimizing routing. The developed method takes into account dynamic changes in the network and adapts data transmission routes, minimizing delays and reducing the load on the infrastructure. The algorithm is based on a modified routing mechanism using the DUAL algorithm, which ensures high adaptation speed and eliminates loops in the network topology.
