ONTOLOGICAL MODELING OF OFFICE PRINTING INFRASTRUCTURE FOR AUTOMATED MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING IN A CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT

The article presents an ontological approach to modeling the office printing infrastructure in a corporate environment. The developed ontology covers key components: printing devices, consumables, lifecycle events, and process participants. The proposed model is intended for use in intelligent management systems, allowing automated monitoring, analysis and decision-making within the framework of IT operations. Special attention is paid to the integration of heterogeneous data sources and the prospects for the development of management support services.
