The article discusses the risk factors of endometrial hyperplasia (EH) that are significant for the gestational process. A total of 139 pregnant women were examined. The importance of concomitant somatic and gynecological pathology in the development of both endometrial hyperplasia and complications of the gestational process was confirmed. An informative prognostic scale for the development of gestational complications has been developed.
