The study of blood circulation in the anastomotic suture strips to prevent insolvency in the sigma bowel resection on intestinal obstruction in the critical zone P. Sudeck in 15 patients of the group. In 12 control patients with intestinal obstruction after resection of bowel anastomoses formed without study blood circulation and without the critical zone P. Sudeck. In the study group had no insolvency sutures anastomoses.
In the control group in the 2 cases set anastomotic suture failure and 5 cases of adhesions.
