Co-opetition and competition in the activities of the manager

The article presents the main results of the dissertation research of сo-opetition as a career factor of heads of medical institutions. The study took part 150 medical staff. It is defined that activity of heads is directed to the сo-opetition which is characterized by positivity and efficiency of actions. It is shown that competitive behavior is a co-opetitive advantage of managers and promotes career achievements.
