Experience of studying psychometric characteristics of the Sondi test

The article describes the results of the study of psychometric characteristics of the test Sondi. The following conclusions are drawn. The results of a single test are unstable over time. Different stimulus materials test weakly correlate with each other. This means that they cannot be regarded as equivalent forms. The results of the test are poorly consistent with the data of other methods (self-report and expert evaluation), which, presumably, could measure similar personal constructs. However, the test can be effective for solving narrow, specific tasks, for each of which the validity of the test should be studied separately.
