Study of disabled people’s personal traits that contribute to effective work performance (based on employment pilot program at Ufa employment centers and enterprises)

The article describes the provisions of a pilot employment program for disabled people on the basis of employment centers and enterprises of Ufa. The results of the study of personality traits and the implementation of professional activities of disabled people are presented. To identify the personal traits of disabled people and their work performance indicators, as well as the effectiveness of the employment program for disabled people, the following methods were used: The Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire by R. Cattell, expert evaluation, Wilcoxon statistical criterion, gamma correlation method. Correlations have been established between the personal traits of disabled people and the successful performance of work. Recommendations on social-psychological work with disabled people in the future are formulated.
