The article presents an empirical study of the dependence of the motor activity of preschool children on the type of their birth (natal type). In the investigation, evidence is provided that in children born in the process of normal natural births, motor activity is qualitatively higher than in children born with the help of emergency cesarean section, premature babies, children with protracted birth and complications. The most severe negative psychological effect on the motor activity of preschool children is such complications in childbirth, as - entwining the umbilical cord and squeezing the child by the doctor in the process of childbirth. A general conclusion was made that normal labor is a prerequisite for the successful development of the motor activity of children.
