Substitution of the problem of choice

This article reveals the essence of the problem of choice when the choice made by the subject is inadequate to the conditions of the situation of choice. The novelty of the authors' approach is that the problem of choice is considered as a backbone in the typology of problems. The reason for the problem of choice is the lack of development of reflection. This is a condition for the substitution of choice. Within the framework of reflexive psychological counseling, the substitution of the problem of choice by a problem of norms, rules, principles is investigated. A matrix form is proposed, reflecting the model of the integrity of reflection, diagnosis and determination of the directions of development of the modalities and directions of reflection. The modalities and directions of reflection are determinants of choice and problems of choice.
