Theoretical bases the transformation of the social and personal attitudes towards the global and specific objectives

The article is devoted to the theoretical foundations of the studying the problems of transformation of personal mind-sets for achieving the goals of a global and concrete social nature. Western European and American personality theories are characterized, which are the methodological basis for the construction and justification of the author's methodology for achieving individual and group goals. The author's method of organizing and conducting auto-training on the basis of the psychological Center "MASTER KIT" was tested on 3000 examinees and has showed a positive dynamics in improving the well-being, mood and activity of the subjects, as well as in achieving the target goals.
