Role of personality in team management under extreme activities

The article actualizes the problems of the personality and its leadership potential in extreme activities. The author considers this problem of the formation of the necessary personal areas on the basis of which the professional and psychographic aspects of the leader are studied. The article substantiates the aspects of the aspirations of the individual to achieve consensus as the highest state in interaction with the team and society, revealing the personal potential in unforeseen circumstances. The author presents the basic concepts of the role of the individual in managing the team in unforeseen circumstances, of which the most integrative are recognized as the following: the concept of the leading role of the individual, based on the disclosure of the managerial development culture; leadership concept, focusing on management based on a system of needs, abilities, activities, interpersonal relationships, etc .; the concept of a leadership role, which is based on the conscious organization and management of life and social-production behavior of people, consisting in methodological approaches to the formation of personal culture. The main areas that determine the ability to mobilize and make responsible decisions in any conditions and under any circumstances are identified.
