Self-regulation activity as factor of professional burnout of teachers

Specialists who carry out their professional activities on the system «man - man», including teachers, tend to deny arising at certain psychological difficulties. Teachers love and are used to»be strong». Very often, the first symptoms of burnout syndrome teachers regard as a sign of their own «strength», and do not seek help from professional psychologists in this case. This article is devoted to the definition of the main causes and symptoms of emotional burnout, as well as the role of self-regulation in the development of this process among teachers of educational institutions.
