Personal characteristics of a doctor as a condition for the effective use of high-tech techniques in ENT-diagnostics

The article presents an analytical review of the psychological characteristics of doctors, their impact on the success of the diagnosis of ENT-diseases. The value of the psychological characteristics of the doctor is evaluated as a component of effective high-tech assistance. The problem of psychological support of the diagnostic and therapeutic process in the “doctor-patient” relationship is being actualized.
