To the matter of a historical and cultural Akmolinsk evolution: of the (from Akmola to Tselinograd: cultural, economic, architectural city heritage)

The article is a short historical and political review of the power’s structure and features, the Akmola’s formation-steps, its further renaming and the birthing to Tselinograd; the first prerequisites and transformations preceding of the new city formation, and a new capital. Analysis, study and generalization were used as study methods for systematic and resume historical progress of Akmola. The personality of the modern city makes by cultural and historical heritage objects defining its face. They are an important asset to the town’s introduction. The main thesis and materials of the article can be used in the university-teaching of the Kazakhstan history course, special courses in culturology, social history, and city history.
