                         The article presents the basis of professionally significant qualities, such as stress resistance, conscious submission, understanding future professional activity. It is the high level of self-regulation that generally ensures personal development transforming into self-development, the formation of a candidate's personal and professional point of view for participating in peace-support missions, in achieving a high degree of availability for professional activity and long-life personal and professional self-improvement. All these factors provide mental self-regulation transformation into personal one. Participation in UN peace-supporting operations puts a great responsibility on employees, and therefore the training of professional, competent, morally impeccable personnel is one of the most important tasks of the Peace-supporting Training Center.
