Psychosomatic trauma as a cause of allergy

To date, studies have shown that allergic diseases are a real scourge of our time. In recent years, the number of sick patients has increased several times and is still growing [1]. Human health is one of the most important criteria for the quality of life of an individual as a whole, and therefore the creation of favorable conditions for the formation of a strong and resistant to negative external and internal (for example, such as allergies) factors of the body is one of the main tasks of society [4]. The purpose of this article is to describe the psychosomatic nature of the reasons for the emergence of allergy in a person. As a methodological basis of the work, methods of observation, analysis, synthesis, accounting, deduction, as well as diagnostic, statistical and logical methods were used. As a result of the research, the psychological prerequisites for the emergence of allergies in humans were identified, three levels-criteria for the formation and four types of manifestation of psychosomatic trauma were considered, and the features of identifying psychosomatic trauma in children with allergies were revealed. Since in the process of describing the psychosomatic nature of the causes of allergies, it was revealed that the study and clarification of the essence of psychosomatic traumas (both in general and in a particular person) can improve the quality and increase the effectiveness of psychocorrection of clients with allergies in general, it is natural to conclude that conducting further research on this topic.
