Ethics and justice: the problem of interaction

The article attempts from various sides to investigate the moral and ethical issues of modern legal proceedings in the multidimensional space of legal reality and to identify the degree of possible correlation of justice and justice as philosophical categories with the requirements of law in practice. The author acknowledges the fact that such a category as equity is rather difficult to evaluate in terms of efficiency. Also, there is no obvious method for assessing the effectiveness of the criminal process from the perspective of justice. Moreover, in some situations, the interests of justice conflict with the interests of efficiency.
