The value orientation’s problem, the positive quality of Culture into modern socio-humanitarian discourse are as actualized by the utmost situation of the society and personality being’s crisis. The intensive nearness of the verges of the non-existence and chaos sharpens the breaking ontological-anthropological mechanisms of creation in Culture. The general philosophical methods of the cultural being’s interpretation use for the philosophical – anthropological approache’s substantiation, with the combination of the socio-humanitarian discourse’s modes of the comparative analysis. Aspects of the concept of «cultural practice»’s researching, topical and in demand into socio-humanitarian knowledge, are correlated with the subject-transcendent processualities of culture, the spiritual and value transformations of post-culture, the principle of creation as the affirmation of the universe. The subject of culture creates the cultural-anthropological beingness into the process of transcending, trans -subjectivation, assimilation, realization, transfiguration. Into Russian spiritual culture, the priorities of work, creativity, and service that are necessary into Present, based on the values of community, unity were as the foundation of the world beingness’s arrangement traditionally. Modern cultural practices of creation constitute a resource into formation of the breakthrough strategies for the spiritual and value meaningfulness of the anthropology of human existence’s safekeeping and increment.
