DIALOGICALITY AS A CONSTANT OF THE "ELITIST" AND "MASS" CONTINUUM IN MUSICAL CULTURE

In the article, the authors, considering dialogicity as a constant of the continuum of "elite" and "mass" in musical culture, pay special attention to different types of communication through music, which have their own "generic" features coming from the specifics of the genesis of different genres, forms of presentation in the sphere of elite and mass musical cultures. Music as a means of communication has, along with the specifics of musical language, a whole system of verbal and non-verbal means that have developed historically in musical culture, determining the features of the dialogue between the actors of musical action and its results. In particular, the authors come to the conclusion that: the type of "spiritual communication" connects the forms of "elite" and "mass" in musical culture, becoming a "platform" for their mental unification; dialogicity as a constant of the continuum of "elite" and "mass" in the musical culture of the post-industrial era is also determined by the problem of replacing the spiritual-sincere communication on
