EFFICIENCY OF PSYCHOTECHNOLOGY OF PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION OF A LAWYER

An integral part of the work of a professional lawyer is communication, participation in court proceedings and other forms of interaction. In addition to having a high level of legal qualifications, experience, competent speech, and an established "strong" position, one must have knowledge of the psychotechnology of professional communication and the ability to apply it in practice. The purpose of the research is to identify the key aspects of the psychotechnology of professional communication of a lawyer and the justification of its effectiveness. Applying knowledge of the psychotechnology of professional communication in the practice of a lawyer will literally serve a solution to the questions: "What to say?" and "How to say?". The specified knowledge will be directed on achievement of concrete purposes within the limits of professional activity, delivery to opponents of "correct" content of the transferred speech message, in the necessary form, with corresponding level of qualification and effective result of the set tasks (case solution, feedback, victory in court).
