The present article is devoted to the peculiarities of stress resistance formation of employees of internal affairs bodies. Successful performance of professional activity is possible with preservation of professional and mental health of employees. The activity of law enforcement officers is characterized by complexity and increased tension, is connected with a high degree of risk of violation of professional and mental health.
