JUSTIFICATION OF THE USE OF A PROGRAM TO IMPROVE THE EMOTIONAL STATE OF YOUNG MEN SENTENCED TO ALTERNATIVE PUNISHMENTS

The article presents the results of the implementation of a program to reduce anxiety and aggression among young men sentenced to punishment without isolation from society. The program was developed based on the results of a diagnostic examination conducted on the basis of the criminal executive inspection of Dzerzhinsk FKU UII GUFSIN of Russia in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Based on the results obtained during the diagnostic study, we made the appropriate conclusions and proved the feasibility of implementing a program aimed at reducing anxiety and aggressiveness in the FSIN system in relation to persons sentenced to alternative types of punishment. The value of the program lies in the possibility of helping youngsters in serving their sentences and teaching them generally accepted behavioral skills in society.
