The article examines the development of electronic mentoring (concept, tools, implementation conditions, application in domestic educational practice). It is shown that today the format of electronic mentoring is becoming increasingly popular due to the intensive development of digital technologies. Some mandatory aspects of the interaction between mentor and mentee are identified and specified. The features of the development of electronic mentoring in the system of general and higher education are considered.
