Love has always been regarded as a deep feeling, a pronounced disinterested attitude of a person to other people. It is not surprising that in his teaching, Jesus Christ paid special attention to love and the power contained in this emotion. Proceeding from this, Jesus formulated his teaching largely on the command of Christians to love their neighbor, regardless of his nationality and social status. Subsequently, this was reflected in the legal system, which was built in the form of commands to believers. It should be particularly noted that the manifestation of love for other people in this aspect acted as a principle of fair relationships between people, when a person is initially perceived from a positive point of view without negative prejudices based on indicators such as his social status.
The purpose of this study is to identify the special role of love in the teaching of Jesus Christ as an important factor under the influence of which the concepts of law and justice were formed. To achieve this goal, the author examines how Jesus regarded the right and what he called Christians to.
