CHINESE AND JAPANESE SIGN LANGUAGES AS AN AXIOLOGY OF NUTRITION CULTURE

The article is devoted to the comparison of signs in Chinese and Japanese sign languages related to the culture of eating, describes the similarities and differences. Food is considered as a carrier of culture and spirituality, and therefore signs related to the culture of eating are considered from the point of view of a value component. The culture of eating is considered as the realization of culture, which is embodied in nutrition, and the food itself as a system of signs bearing special cultural meanings.
