The consideration of the competitive process in the market of banking products in the paradigm of dynamic efficiency concept

In the article based on empirical data shows changing of the Russian banking sector structure and flow concentration processes. The dynamics of changes in deposit volume, the Herfindahl–Hirschman Index, Tideman-Hall index and The Concentration Index are shown. Competition is considered as a dynamic process of entrepreneurial activity in the paradigm of the Austrian school, which produces social coordination, leading to market equilibrium. The paper explains the negative impact of the banking market regulators, introducing imbalance and discoordination in the market process. Also it shows activity regulators amplifying monopolization of the industry through the creation of administrative barriers to entry, as well as by the removal of the markets actors of the banking market.
