Impact of the regulatory framework of enterprises on production management in the forestry sector

The article consider proposals to create a general regulatory and methodological platform required for interaction between participants of the forest relations in practice. This will require the creation of the legal framework of forest use and reproduction of forest resources which technologically unites these processes with the ability to prove their economic viability. Particular attention should be paid to the use of equipment in logging operations, depending on the soil conditions, the availability of regrowth, reforestation method and its impact on the forest environment. Improving scientific and methodical approach to the formation of the legal framework for forest stakeholders will create an effective lever of control of industrial processes, enterprises and branches of the forest sector.
