Objectives of strategic control in the system of strategic management of the effectiveness of the organization

In the article presented the author’s expression of strategic control, the place of strategic control in the system of strategic management of a commercial organ-ization. The tasks of strategic control during the formation and implementation of the organization's development strategy are formulated, the content of tasks is disclosed. The control points for achieving the strategic goal of the organiza-tion development are presented. The model of strategic control of coordination of the strategic goal of the organization is opened. Key indicators of growth, stabilization and recession strategies are disclosed.
