Axiological and anthropological aspects of cultural policy of Russia

The article analyzes the problem of personality in the modern era. The main vectors of personality change and vectors of possible transformations are shown. The work shows methods that allow to more effectively consider the phenomenon of personality in the era of globalization. On the basis of the historical and philosophical analysis of the understanding of the personality in different historical stages, it is revealed that spiritual determinants of personality transformation become the determinative factor, namely, the value imperatives of the individual.
