The magazine "Modern Science: actual problems of theory and practice", a series of "Economics and law" is presented to the readers in Russia and abroad. The magazine is designed for a wide range of university community (teachers, graduate students and doctoral candidates) in Russia and the CIS, as well as practical employees of public institutions and business organizations.

In the formation of innovative development of economy, globalization of economic activity special value is gained by the solutions of fundamental problems of interaction of Economics and law. The magazine assumes to cover problems of social and economic development of Russia, including macro-and micro-economics, trade and financial markets, industry and regional development and federalism, the world economy and international economic relations, and employment.

In addition, it will address the issues of theory and history of State and law, problems of international, constitutional, administrative, land, arbitration, labour law and civil process.
