                         The paper is devoted to the description of one method of competence assessment based on knowledge model. This model is graph-based where each node presents a concept, tool or process used in company’s everyday work. Employee’s competence is described as a combination of two components: 1) knowledge expressed via knowledge of concepts on the graph  and 2) skills of using these concepts in real-life tasks.
