The impact of laryngopharyngeal reflux on the state of palatine tonsils in patients with pharyngeal symptoms

The article presents the results of research on the state of Palatine tonsils in patients with pharyngeal symptoms in the background laryngopharyngeal reflux. The algorithm of diagnostics and treatment of patients with chronic tonsillitis and laryngopharyngeal reflux. The authors establish the link between simple form of chronic tonsillitis and laryngopharyngeal reflux. Proved a questionnaire survey on the questionnaire " Reflux Symptom Index ", gastroenterology examination of patients with pharyngeal symptoms.
