Endowments as a tool of long-term financing of higher education

the present paper demonstrates that existing methods of financing of organizations of higher education in Russia are short- and medium-term. Endowments are proposed as a tool of long-term financing. Obstacles that hinder development of endowments in Russia are analyzed.
