Bases of municipal legal regulation town-planning activity

In the present article the author undertook attempt to consider a basis of municipal legal regulation of town-planning activity. Categories «town-planning activity», «municipal legal regulation», and also a problem of differentiation of an area of jurisdiction of the Russian Federation and its subjects in the town planning sphere are considered.
