Balanced Scorecard (BSC) as the evaluation and the tool in management and development of the region

The aim of the article is to do a general overview of methods of application systems, balanced scorecard shown on the example of regions, their development and competitiveness. On the specific examples (building complex, entrepreneurship and so on) will be shown the advantages and disadvantages of implementation the BSC. The factors examined that influence the effectiveness of work with such a management tool. The most important and interesting conditions of application of the balanced scorecard are emphasized.
