Improving the human rights system of russian society

The article discusses the main ways for improving the human rights system in the Russian Federation. The focus of the author focuses on the analysis of human rights policy in modern Russia as a necessary element for the formation of socially oriented state. The author analyzes the views of legal scholars who study this perspective. The paper made specific findings and suggestions that can help to improve the human rights system of the Russian society at the present stage of development.
