Geoeconomic importance of the Arctic in the strategic priorities of the Russian oil and gas industry

The paper is devoted to the justification of the geoeconomic importance of the Arctic in the strategic priorities of the Russian oil and gas industry from the standpoint of integration of the sector into the global energy system through the implementation of international projects in the Arctic, the improvement of the organizational structure of the industry through access of private companies to the Arctic shelf fields, investment and innovative development of the industry.
