Entropy-synergetic approach to the management of organizational culture supporting the university

In the process of reorganization of educational institutions of higher education in the region, it is possible to detect various subcultural formations, media which in different ways relate to the situation in the University system of goals and values. A lack of involvement and interest of University leaders to incongruent subcultures transformerait differences in disagreements and clashes, blocking the effective operation of the support of the University. Data bases are one of the reasons for the justification and application of a new promising interdisciplinary entropy-synergetic methodological approach to the study of organizational culture management support of the University. Study based on the proposed approach to provide the possibility of building and using a model of formation and development of organizational culture of the supporting University. It is proved that entropy-synergetic approach to the management of organizational culture supporting the University in practice can significantly improve the performance of educational institutions due to the synergistic effect.
