Errors in planning the state programs of the city of Moscow

The article is devoted to revealing the main problems in the formation of the "State programs". With the help of a critical approach, the issue of the integrity and balance of the "State programs" is analyzed on the example of the city of Moscow. Consideration of this issue positively influences the creation of an efficiency assessment model and will allow eliminating the "critical points" of the State programs of the city of Moscow.
