Historical stages of formation and development of construction contract

In this paper we analyze the historical aspect of the contract. Reasoned allocation of six stages: the first stage – from 1547 to 1595, the second stage – from 1595 until 1719, the third period, from 1719 to 1835, the fourth period, from 1835 to 1917. the fifth period, from 1917 to 1996, the sixth period – from 1996 to the present.
