Development of Corporate Secretary Institute: rather-legal analysis

This article analyzes the institution of the corporate secretary, the development of his status in the corporation. A comparative legal analysis of the provisions of Russian and foreign legislation is carried out. The responsibility of the corporate secretary has been studied.
