Methodology of risk minimization of investment and construction projects in the conditions of digital economy

In the digital economy, the implementation of investment and construction projects reaches a qualitatively new level, associated with the widespread use of digital technologies in the practice of project implementation. The paper considers the existing digital risk management tools and assesses their impact on the risks of investment and construction projects. According to the results of the study, the authors proposed a methodology for minimizing the risks of investment and construction projects in the digital economy, allowing to take into account the impact of information risk factor on the implementation of investment and construction projects and implying minimization of risks at different stages of the life cycle of projects.
