Methodological bases for assessing institutional changes in the market of transportation services (on the example of railway transport)

The subject of the article is the institutional changes that affect the development of the market for transport services taking into account sectoral characteristics (for example, railway transport), with a special focus on assumptions regarding economic growth issues. The goal thus formulated was achieved by indicating the main links and differences between the institutional framework of the transport system and the interaction between its elements. The proposed methodological framework for assessing the impact of institutional changes can be used to adjust transport strategies at various levels.
