New paradigms of the investigator at the pre-trial stages of criminal proceedings related to forgery, sale and use of forged documents

The article explores the investigator's paradigm at the present stage. The investigator, in proving in criminal cases related to forgery, sale and use of forged documents, appears to be a pivotal figure at the pre-trial stage of criminal proceedings. The author summarizes that the paradigm of his procedural activity in this category of cases, concerning proof, fixed by regulatory legal acts, contributes to the fact that he is a full-fledged and independent subject of proof.
