THE ECONOMIC FOUNDATIONS OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL ORDER AND THEIR CORRELATION WITH THE SOCIAL

This article examines the correlation between the foundations of the constitutional order and social foundations; shows that the basis of the constitutional order in Russia consists of several interrelated and interacting components, the most important of which is the economic foundation; identifies the components of the correlation between the foundations of the constitutional order and social foundations; identifies key strategies for legal regulation of economic development; it has been shown that the right to the free development of the individual, which is not linked to social foundations, exists within the general rights, freedoms and duties of man and citizen and acquires the constitutional status of personal civil rights, since the free development of the individual is initially linked to the individual, that is, it is a personal non-property right, so including its content and legal content within the institution of social law may look like a mistaken positioning.
