The article considers the process of collecting ideas and suggestions of the company's employees as an essential element of the development and improvement of the company, the necessity of its automation is argued. Automation of the process of collecting ideas and suggestions of employees is one of the main factors for improving the efficiency of working with innovative ideas and suggestions of employees of the company. In modern conditions, it is an important tool that simplify the mechanisms of submission, collection and consideration of employee ideas, as well as the creation of feedback. The automated ideas collection system registers the ideas and suggestions of all employees of the company, tracks the status of the decision on these ideas and the implementation of suggestions. Automation of the process of collecting ideas and suggestions of employees will improve the indicators of the economic activity of the company, contributes to increasing the level of its digital maturity.
