INTERNATIONAL LEGAL ACTS IN THE FIELD OF CUSTOMS REGULATION OF CROSS-BORDER E-COMMERCE

The article defines the role of international legal acts in the customs regulation of cross-border e-commerce, establishing principles and recommendations for minimizing problematic aspects in this legal field. The research goal is to determine the role of international legal acts in the customs regulation of cross-border e-commerce, establishing guidelines and recommendations for minimizing problematic aspects in its legal field. The research objectives are: to identify legal gaps and problematic aspects; to consider the global legal practices of cross-border e-commerce; to summarize the vectors of adaptation of the existing legislative framework of customs regulation to the modern requirements of information, communication and digital development of cross-border trade relations. The methodological basis of the research consists of general scientific methods: synthesis, comparison, extrapolation, comparative analysis, formal logical method, historiographical analysis of the scientific discourse of the topic under study. Based on the results, the following conclusions were made: the harmonization of e-commerce processes in the acts of national legislation in accordance with international legal standards of customs regulation will contribute to the further development of e-commerce.
