The authors identify the main factors influencing the choice of strategy of young people, among which are socio-economic aspects: income level, access to prestigious educational institutions, employment and career opportunities, housing costs, as well as developed infrastructure and leisure opportunities. Unfavorable climatic conditions also play a significant role in the decision to migrate.
