MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL COMPLEXES BASED ON THEIR CLUSTERIZATION

A management system for educational complexes is presented based on their clustering, which ensures the relationship between the potential of educational and scientific-production structures with the economic resources of the state and business. The content of the mechanism for managing educational complexes through the impact on educational clusters, as a set of general and specific principles, methods and management tools, has been determined. The implementation of cluster policy in the Russian Federation in the field of education is considered. The effectiveness of the functioning of the educational and innovation cluster is analyzed, using the Moscow Innovation Cluster “Lomonosov” as an example.
